Furniture Removal - Checks in Kitchen

Check all drawers in units, cupboards, fitted oven and top of unit.
Remove wall clocks pictures and hooks.
Remove wall racks.
Empty your bins and ensure that you have a kettle handy.
Ensure that dishwasher and washing machine are disconnected or that arrangements have been made to do this.
If necessary ensure that cooker has been disconnected or that arrangements have been made for this.
Defrost your fridge and freezer.

Furniture Removal - Checks in Bedroom

Remove curtain rails, tie backs and hooks.
Remove door hooks and additional light fittings.
Ensure that all cupboards, fitted wardrobes and shelves are cleared.

Furniture Removal - Checks in Bathroom

Remove shower rail, curtain rails and toiletries.
Ensure bathroom cabinets and cupboards are emptied.
If necessary make arrangements for disconnection of shower.

Furniture Removal - Checks in Lounge

Remove curtain rails, tie backs and hooks.
Remove Hi-fi Speakers and brackets.
Remove light fittings you are taking with you.
If necessary make arrangements for disconnection of gas fire.

Check Walk in Cupboards and Attic

Ensure everything is removed from walk in cupboards.
Check shelves above head height.

Attic/Garage
Ensure that attic is emptied.

Ensure that workbenches, shelves tools and fittings are removed from garage.

Check Garden Furniture and Garden Shed

Garden/Garden Shed

Make arrangements for dismantling of your garden shed if you are taking this with you.

Check that all garden fittings and plants are removed.
